Our no-mess chimney cleaning includes a visual inspection to make sure your fireplace is visibly sound. Chimney cleaning and inspection
Every chimney cleaning starts with protecting your home, then removing soot, creosote and debris from the firebox, smoke chamber and flue. A visual inspection is included, so you'll know whether the damper, crown, chimney cap or liner needs attention. Even if you rarely light a fire, an annual sweep catches bird nests, water intrusion and weather damage early.
Chimney repairs
We repair all types of chimney damage, from cracked mortar and damaged flue liners to damaged chimney caps and crowns. We work closely with you to assess your needs and recommend the right repair options, so your chimney keeps working properly for years to come.
Chimney caps and chase covers

Top-sealing dampers
A top damper is installed at the top of the chimney flue. It seals off the chimney when the fireplace isn't in use, preventing heat loss and drafts, and opens so smoke and gases can escape when you light a fire. It can be a more efficient alternative to a traditional throat damper and helps keep animals from nesting inside.
Bird spikes and bird removal
Our 316 stainless steel bird spikes, mounted on a U.V.-protected polycarbonate base, stop birds from landing, nesting and roosting where they aren't wanted. If birds are already nesting, we remove them humanely and take steps to prevent future problems, such as installing chimney caps or bird netting.
Dryer vent cleaning
Over time, lint and debris build up in dryer vents, block airflow and cause overheating. Professional dryer vent cleaning removes those blockages, restores proper ventilation, reduces energy use and helps prevent dryer fires. Regular cleanings also extend the life of your dryer.

How often should I have my chimney swept?
The National Fire Protection Association recommends at least one cleaning and inspection a year, especially if you use your fireplace regularly during Arizona's cooler months. Annual maintenance keeps the chimney free of soot, creosote and obstructions such as bird nests or debris. Even if you rarely use your fireplace, an annual inspection can catch structural issues, water intrusion, or damage caused by weather or age.
Why is creosote removal important?
Creosote is a highly flammable byproduct of wood burning. Regular removal prevents chimney fires, improves draft and extends the life of your chimney. Left to build up, creosote can glaze into a hard, tar-like layer that is difficult to remove and more dangerous. Chimney fires caused by creosote can damage flue liners, brickwork and even your home's structure. Removing it also helps your fireplace vent properly, which keeps smoke and carbon monoxide out of your home.
How often should I clean my dryer vent?
We recommend at least once a year, or sooner if your clothes take longer to dry or the vent hood backdrafts. That matters even more in dusty Phoenix. Lint buildup is a leading cause of dryer fires. If you notice extra heat in the laundry room, a musty smell or visible lint around the dryer hose, it may be time for a cleaning. Homes with several occupants, pets, or long vent runs may need more frequent cleanings.
Is air-duct cleaning safe for my HVAC system?
Yes. Our technicians use HVAC-safe vacuums and tools to clean ducts without damaging coils, blowers or registers. We use negative air pressure systems that contain dust and debris, and we avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning techniques. Duct cleaning can be especially helpful after a renovation or a pest problem, or if your system is more than five years old.
